Bu eğitim serisinde adım adım akıcı ve etkili konuşma çalışmaları yapalım. Amacım akıcı konuşma konusunda farkındalık oluşturmak, egzersizleri düzenli ve istikrarlı bir şekilde yaptığınızdaysa sizleri sonuca ulaştırmak. Akıcı konuşmayla ilgili genelde şu şikayetleri çok sık duyuyorum. Cümleye başlıyorum sonunu getiremiyorum, çok fazla asalak ses ve kelime kullanıyorum, konuşmaya başladığımda söyleyeceklerimi unutuyorum ya da asıl söyleyeceklerim çok sonradan aklıma geliyor, iki kelimeyi bir araya getiremiyorum, heyecanıma yenik düşüyorum, sesimin titremesine mani olamıyorum, bir süre konuştuğumda gırtlak bölgesinde acıma veya yanma hissi oluşuyor. Akıcı konuşamayanların genelde başlıklar halinde yakındıkları konular bunlar. O halde bu konular üzerinden giderek akıcı konuşmanın önündeki engelleri tek tek kaldıralım. Videolarımda bahsettiğim o alıştırmaları düzenli bir şekilde tekrar edin. Bazen yoğunluktan ve farklı nedenlerden dolayı egzersizlere ara vermek, sizi konudan uzaklaştırır, soğutur. Bunu yapmayın, ne kadar ara vermiş olursanız olun kaldığınız yerden devam etmeye çalışın. Yarın yaparım, birazdan yaparım, sonra yaparım gibi ertelemeler de yapmamaya çalışın.
