I was able to spend so much needed time with my family and friends. All the points presented in the video reminded me of the person I set out to be when I first started Massage School. I wanted to eat nutrient rich foods and leave processed foods behind. I wanted to make a difference and do my part to combat climate change. I wanted to teach people how to live healthier happier lives. Instead, I had deviated from my path and was the version of myself I did not want to be.My changes were small at first.I adopted a plant based lifestyle. I started running (my version of running). I was spending as much time as possible outside. Eventually I quit smoking, not an easy thing to do!!! Over a period of 18 months I worked everyday to be a little bit better than the day before!
