Leta 2012 se je v meni naselila želja po delu na morju.Takrat se o jahtni industriji ni javno govorilo, ni bilo resničnostnih šovov, te informacije so podajali samo tisti, ki so na jahti delali.Tudi sama sem se čisto po naključju srečala z osebo, ki je delovala v jahtni industriji in v treh urah mi je obrazložila vse potrebne korake kako pridobiti delo na jahti, potovati širom morja in delati za priznano klientelo.Ob tem pa še hudo dobro zaslužiti.To je bila moja velikanska želja in že naslednji dan sem rezervirala potrebne pomorske tečaje, se vpisala v jahtne agencije, pripravila konkurenčen življenjepis in motivacijsko pismo ter se čez mesec dni odpravila na francosko Riviero.Po zgolj 18-ih dneh sem dobila sanjsko zaposlitev na 70-metrski jahti kot druga stevardesa, kjer sem delala ob boku moje glavne stevardese Ljube, ki me je med poletjem mentorirala in naučila kako delati z najbogatejšimi gosti in voditi interier jahte.Že naslednje poletje sem se preizkusila kot kuharica zdrave prehrane in naslednjo sezono delovala kot nutricionistka v floti petih mega jaht, kjer sem skrbela za zdravje priznanih Hollywoodskih imen, modnih agentov in športnih zvezdnikov.Moja naslednja pogodba je bila kot glavna stevardesa in kasneje kot interior manager v floti jaht arabske kraljeve družine, kjer sem se izpopolnila v notranjem menedžmentu, zaposlovanju in mentoriranju posadke, komuniciranju s priznanimi gosti in v učinkoviti organizaciji prostora, časa in delovne sile.Za lastnika smo lansirali tudi povsem novo "custom made" barko, katere interier sem pomagala opremiti.Na tej točki sem prišla do vrhunca kariere in odločitev je bila jasna: "potrebno je zaključiti na vrhu".V teh desetih letih sem opravljala delo na čarter jahtah s čudovitimi družinami, se udeležila prestižnega dogodka Gran Prix v Monacu in ekskluzivnega poslovnega dogodka Red Sea Week v Savdski Arabiji kamor so bile povabljene le redke jahte.V vsej svoji karieri dela na jahti lahko rečem, da sem delala za izjemne posameznike in nisem imela niti ene slabe izkušnje z gosti.Zakaj?Ker sem bila vedno pozorna, da delam na jahti, ki je kvalitetna, ima dobro ime v svetu jahtinga in je pod dobrim jahtnim managementom.
