Greetings All:I am happy to launch my next Course: Six Sigma Process Engineering: A journey from Beginner to Intermediate.It covers all the essential concepts of Six Sigma: Firstly we begin the process by Covering the syllabus, we then progress to understand all the fundamentals of Six Sigma, which will form the foundation base for all future; more advanced courses in the areas of Six Sigma.Next, we progress to Define Phase where we cover the standard concepts in Define Phase, followed by Measure phase - where we discuss the relevant concepts and measuring techniques for this phase. We then move to Analyze Phase, where the root cause is analysed for the target issue. We then Move to Improve phase, where we solutionize our problem and then we finally culminate with the control Phase which is the last phase in Six Sigma.We will also have 1 small MiniTab tool overview which is a statistical analysis tool that is frequently used in Six Sigma projects worldwideA Course completion certificate will also be offered at the end of the course.Pre requisites:Not much - Basic level education and willingness to learn should be sufficient, Some on the fly supportive reading should suffice.Target audience: Prospective Students curious to know about the Six Sigma World, or wanting a Career change into Six Sigma. Freshers wanting to get knowledge on Six Sigma and Get Certified or Job Ready, etc..or also seniors wanting to move into process Engineering or for career progression.
