Overview

The Microsoft Mobility and Security (MS-101) course is designed to equip IT professionals with the essential knowledge and skills required to manage and secure Microsoft 365 Enterprise environments. Focused on the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 security and mobility features, this course provides hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics. Participants will learn how to deploy and manage modern device services, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM). The course delves into the use of Microsoft Intune to secure mobile devices and applications by deploying policies and managing identities and access with Azure Active Directory. Key topics also include configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), as well as implementing conditional access policies to ensure secure access to Microsoft 365 services.The course also covers the detection and response to advanced security threats with Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics, helping organizations monitor and respond to potential security risks. This course is intended for IT professionals who already have a foundational understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud computing. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams, as well as basic knowledge of mobile device and application management, will help ensure participants can effectively engage with the content.Upon completion, participants will be prepared for the Microsoft Mobility and Security (MS-101) certification exam, positioning them to manage and secure enterprise environments with confidence.
