Level 8 relies on a healthy mix of self-management best-practices and a sprinkling of hierarchy, only where needed to ensure decisions get taken and differences get resolved healthily.Level 8 has been tried and tested in numerous organisations in numerous countries.The course consists of 10 videos of 2-3 minutes each. Each video explains one building block. They are short and compact.
