Welcome to the 'Korean for English speakers - Beginner level' course! In this course, you can learn Korean from a native speaker who has 15 years of teaching experience. Don't worry, all lectures are conducted in English. That's why this course is especially for English speakers. We will be focusing on understanding the Korean alphabet, also known as Hangul. Hangul is a unique writing system that was created by King Sejong the Great in the 15th century. Hangul consists of 24 letters, including 14 consonants and 10 vowels. Each letter represents a distinct sound, making it easy to learn and pronounce. In this course, you can also learn and practice correct and natural pronunciation for each Korean alphabet.We will compare pronunciations in two languages, Korean and English, so that you can understand each lesson much easier and more quickly.
