And sometimes a team fails to acquire money and resources.In out course we lead you through the product management process from start to finish: starting with idea or "pain" to market tests, working with stakeholders and potential investors or decision-makers.As a product manager you organize collaboration with customers, users, decision-makers, team members, experts to design, develop, launch a product and deliver a product and based services and continuously improve them, adapt to changing environment and customer and user wishes.You learn to discover and prioritize requirements, define MVP, measure results, improve to scaling your product.You learn how to prepare information for investors: marketing analysis, simple financial prognosis, prepare and perform investor presentations and pitches.At our course you work on practice tasks, and discuss topics at a course forum.After the course you will be able to start your product owner journey.As a product owner you can start your own product or work in an enterprise corporation.
