Durante el mismo, daremos un repaso integral a todos los puntos a tener en cuenta antes de acometer una inversión inmobiliaria (legal, técnico, financiero, económico,...). Si tienes pensado invertir en vivienda, este es tu curso. Al final del mismo, podrás descargarte el modelo financiero que sirve de apoyo durante todo el curso, de manera que podrás realizar estudios de inversión de manera automática teniendo al instante los principales parámetros y métricas económico-financieras que has de tener en cuenta.
