Overview

This course is a continuation and supplement to the course "Become a Results Driven Project Manager" from OpExecs Academy. In this course, you will learn the importance of resource and capacity planning and why you should develop a resource management approach to your projects. You will discover the different levels of resource planning and how to use specific tools to help manage your project plans.
