Overview

In this course, we introduce 50 Japanese onomatopoeic expressions categorized into five sections: Onomatopoeia for feelings, the state of living things, movement, sounds, and the state of things. For each, we provide example sentences and, where applicable, use related illustrations to create visually memorable content. Additionally, the explanations for each onomatopoeia are in English, and native Japanese speakers have recorded example sentences. Summaries for each topic are provided at the end, allowing learners to easily check and review onomatopoeias of interest. All presented examples are commonly used in conversations, books, manga, anime, and movies, enabling learners to apply their newly acquired knowledge immediately.このコースでは、日本語のオノマトペ50個をOnomatopoeia for feelings/the state of living things/movement/sounds/the state of thingsの、５つのカテゴリーに分けて紹介しています。それぞれに例文と、可能なものに関してはそれらに関連するイラストも用いて、視覚的に確実に記憶の残るように作成しました。また、それぞれのオノマトペの説明を英語で、例文を日本人ネイティブスピーカーが収録しました。各トピックのまとめをそれぞれの最後に用意してあるので、学習者は気になるオノマトペをいつでも チェックできるでしょう。紹介する全ての例文は会話や、本、漫画やアニメ、映画で多く使われているものばかりです。習得してすぐに活用することができます。
