In this lecture, you will learn: - How to organise an effective and efficient internal audit meeting (Kick-off Meeting, Status Meeting, and Exit/Closure Meeting); - What to present and communicate during the internal audit meeting and how long each internal audit meeting should last ; - Communicate the "preliminary audit findings" upfront with the auditees; and - How to build rapport with the auditees during the audit engagement.
