Topics like Types of Directors, Structure of the Board, Removal of a Director from office, and Exemptions available for "Independent Directors" are discussed. Besides this important topics which are a MUST BE AWARE of are also discussed, like Due diligence that a Director must undertake before accepting a Board position. What Directors must know about Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG).
