Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the full sequence of construction activities, starting from excavation and foundation works, and moving through to the erection and finishing phases.The course will guide learners through each critical step of the tank installation process. This includes the erection of shell plates, assembly of wall sections, installation of internal support columns, and the construction of the tank roof. In addition, the course will cover the installation of key internal and external openings, such as manholes, nozzles, and other necessary penetrations that ensure proper functionality and accessibility of the tank.Following the structural assembly, the course will explore the installation of metal tension systems, as well as the application of protective coatings. Emphasis will be placed on both internal and external painting procedures, including ceiling painting, to ensure durability and corrosion resistance.A significant focus will also be placed on understanding actual productivity rates for each activity. These rates are essential for developing accurate and realistic project schedules, allowing planners and engineers to build timelines based on real-world data and execution capacity.
