Overview

Welcome to my new course where we discuss decluttering both physical and mental spaces. In this course, we will go through different aspects of our homes and our lives that might need decluttering. This includes decluttering stuff in our homes, wardrobes, and other physical spaces. We will also be discussing decluttering other areas in our lives such as the use of social media and toxic relationships. Clutter can hurt our mental and emotional well-being, causing stress, anxiety, and a feeling of overwhelm. By decluttering our physical space, we can create a more organized and peaceful environment that can help improve our overall happiness.By decluttering your physical space and creating a more organized and intentional environment, you can experience a sense of calm, clarity, and happiness in your daily life. Take the time to declutter and reap the benefits of a more harmonious living space.Niina Niskanen is a writer, illustrator, and podcaster from Finland. Niina has studied multiple different mindfulness and meditation traditions around the world and she has hosted multiple workshops related to spirituality and energy work. Growing up in a family of hoarders Niina started decluttering as an adult, to release the baggage of her family. Decluttering is something that she practices quite often for it brings clarity to the mind and to the physical space. Lucya day ago in NORTH WEST, UKSuch a wonderful course, thank you so much. I really appreciated you sharing some parts of your life and personal experiences alongside this course as well. I found that so helpful. I love the suggestion to listen to a podcast/music and make the process a joyful one and achievable. I am too critical of myself sometimes. You reminded me how kindness to ourselves is so important. Slow and steady with joy is my way forward. Remember to also to download an e-book version of this course. You can find the e-book from the first lesson materials.
