Overview

ObjectiveTo expand and deepen your knowledge of GeneXus' logic in order to achieve an optimal mastery and use of the platform for building digital applications of any complexity, with minimum effort.Provide knowledge on how to evolve an application from prototype to production, while improving its user interface, adding security, and creating test cases to check if your processes are still working correctly after you have made changes. In addition, use different environments and platforms for prototype or production, and learn how to migrate your prototype from the GeneXus development cloud or from your local machine to a production server.PrerequisitesTo have the knowledge provided in the videos of the course "GeneXus 18 Fundamentals - Learn GeneXus from Scratch".Course contentThe theory content consists of videos specifically created for this course. They are intended to be watched not only as part of the course but also independently; therefore, they do not necessarily start from the KB of the previous video.On the other hand, the practice content (which you will find in the "Materials" section) is focused on a single reality and KB.DurationTheoretical/Practical: 30 hours approx.Recommended MethodologyFor each video, we suggest that you:1. Watch it and then try to do the same in your Trial version of GeneXus. To make this easier, some videos include an xpz. 2. Watch it again, as many times as necessary, until you feel confident that you have comprehended the more significant concepts. Making a list to identify such concepts after watching the video might prove useful.3. Identify, in the wording of the practice lesson, the exercises or questions that correspond to the video in order to try to solve them.Important: if you don't have the time to do both practice exercises (replicate what you saw on the video + the corresponding exercises included in the Practice section), then prioritize the second part, that is, the Practice section of the Course. It is a requirement that you do all those exercises.Exam and CertificationThe exam includes multiple choice or true/false questions and exercises related to the topics addressed in the course.If you pass the exam and hold a "GeneXus Junior Analyst" certification (both), you will automatically receive the "GeneXus Senior Analyst" certification.Note: The course on this platform does NOT include an exam.
