Hey there, Glad to have you here. My name is Lisha Bell, an angel investor, limited partner, operator and venture capitalist. I focus on disrupting the capital gap for Black and Brown communities, with a deliberate focus on women of color.We are in a capital crisis. Less than 2% of all Venture funds raised go to women. Also discouraging is less than 2% of women invest in Venture Capital. To resolve this issue we need high net worth individuals to invest in venture capital efforts. Investing in early stage companies positioned to outperform is the only way to create our own unicorns. During this workshop we will discuss angel investing basics from sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. We will also explore venture capital as an industry and ways to tap into emerging private companies.Why wait?
