Ich erkläre den Inhalt des Businessplans, der aus zwei Teilen besteht. Der erste Teil ist das Word- Dokument. Er besteht, wenn es ausgefüllt ist, aus circa 15- 20 Seiten. Der Exelteil besteht aus 6 Tabellen, welches die Entwicklung die Ausgaben und Einnahmen der Firma in Zahlen wiederspiegelt. Beide Teile müssen miteinander übereinstimmen. Falls es zu einem Bankgespräch kommen sollte, muss man den Businessplan erklären können. Je stimmiger er inhaltlich ist, desto leichter macht man es dem Bearbeiter eines Kredites oder von Fördermitteln, den Businessplan zu verstehen und die benötigten Mittel zu genehmigen.Bei der Genehmigung von Krediten und Fördermitteln, gibt es das ,,Zwei- Augen- Prinzip".
