Hello, my name is Dennis Canon and I'm so happy you've chosen this course and I want to thank you for doing so. I've been using Adobe Illustrator for over 2 decades now and teaching Adobe Creative Cloud for over 6 years. I've learned what is important for beginners to quickly get started using this program. We all have different reasons for using the program, whether you're a student who wants to become a graphic designer or a small business owner who needs to create your own designs, this course is for you.In this course, we'll take it nice and easy, focusing on simple exercises that are easy to follow and understand. We'll focus on 4 main groups of tools that are essential to get you started. I briefly go over these 4 groups of tools and will provide fun and simple exercises for you to practice. This course is intended so you can understand the basics quickly and learn the 4 main groups of tools so you can start working in illustrator right away.Now you will need to practice in order to get better. This course will get you started, but it's up to you to improve your skills. So have some patience and learn at your own pace.If you're ready, let's get started.
