Welcome to 'Upgrade Your Marketing Strategy and Capabilities with Microsoft Copilot', the first course of the 'Microsoft Copilot for Marketing Specialization'! By enrolling in this course, you are taking the first step to transforming your marketing with GenAI. In the first module of this course, we'll learn about GenAI, specifically the features and capabilities introduced with Microsoft Copilot. We will also learn how to setup Microsoft Copilot for your marketing team and how to address commonly asked questions. By the end of this module, you will know what's possible with Microsoft Copilot and how to set it up for yourself and your team. So let's get started!

Implementing Microsoft Copilot in Each Marketing Function

In the second module of this course, we'll review how to create effective GenAI prompts for marketing purposes. We'll also discover how to effectively share and publish GenAI results. And we'll learn how Microsoft Copilot is implemented in each marketing function including research, customer analysis, strategy, campaign planning, creative design, promotions, pricing, customer experience, and retention.

Transforming Your Marketing Strategy with Microsoft Copilot’s GenAI

In the third module of this course, we'll walk through the exercise of enhancing a marketing strategy with Microsoft Copilot. We'll dive deep into three main aspects: how to conduct competitive analysis, how to generate tailored strategies for each marketing channel, and how to generate marketing performance reports and insights.

Course Wrap Up

In the fourth and final module of this course, you'll synthesize your learnings by completing a cumulative, final graded assessment. You'll then learn about next steps for continuing the Specialization.
