每个人的大脑都有专注模式和发散模式两个方面,如果只专注其中一个方面,我们的大脑只使用了其中一部分。根据大脑的结构,需要调整我们的学习方式和方法,来激发大脑专注模式或者发散模式下产生更好的效能。书中提到的方法是非常棒的,对我来说,磨刀不误砍柴工,受益匪浅!
