El rol docente del médico

En este módulo se presentarán los antecedentes y evolución del concepto del médico residente y sus roles educativos, así como el estado del arte en este campo.

En este módulo se presentarán dos modelos efectivos y eficientes para enseñar en los contextos clínicos con limitaciones de tiempo: el Instructor de un minuto y el modelo BEDSIDE. También abordaremos los aspectos educativos básicos de la enseñanza de un procedimiento psicomotriz en medicina, utilizando como ejemplo la ventilación con bolsa-válvula-mascarilla en un recién nacido.

Revisaremos la realimentación en la clínica, con un ejemplo de realimentación efectiva a un médico residente. También abordaremos los componentes de una conferencia efectiva en medicina, con descripción de diversos consejos para que la conferencia produzca un aprendizaje significativo en los médicos residentes y estudiantes de medicina.
