Forming the Business Case

In this module, you’ll learn how to craft a compelling business case, essential for guiding strategic decisions. You will discover the process of conducting gap analysis, p assessment, and impact analysis to justify proposed initiatives effectively. You’ll review the key components of a business case document, including the executive summary, introduction, objectives and scope, analysis and findings, options analysis, recommendation, financial assessment, risk management, implementation plan, and conclusion. These skills will enable you to make informed decisions and achieve successful outcomes in your organizational endeavors.

Identifying the Requirements

In this module, you’ll learn to harness diverse techniques for gathering stakeholder requirements effectively. Additionally, you'll be able to distinguish between functional and non-functional requirements, crucial for comprehensive business analysis.
