En esta primera semana podrás identificar las generalidades de la prospectiva: definición, finalidades, usos, importancia; así como los retos que enfrenta.

En esta semana aprenderás qué es la prospectiva jurídica, su ubicación en el discurso jurídico, sus finalidades, clasificación e importancia. Comprenderás los conceptos y principios básicos de la prospectiva aplicada en los estudios jurídicos, así como sus finalidades e importancia.

Esta semana aprenderás a identificar al sustento metodológico por medio del cual se puede llevar a cabo la prospectiva jurídica, para ello se desarrollarán conceptos como el de heurística, retrospectiva, introspectiva, análisis y observación de hechos, datos, opiniones, contextos y fenómenos. Asimismo, adquirirá habilidades prácticas para mirar con un enfoque multidisciplinar, transdisciplinar e interdisciplinar con miras a diseñar escenarios posibles y propuestas para enfrentar y prevenir sus posibles problemáticas.

En esta semana analizararás temas que consideramos de gran importancia para el futuro de nuestra disciplina jurídica, a saber: las y los abogados del siglo XX, los derechos humanos, la inteligencia artificial, la bioética y la biopolítica, todo ello desde un enfoque prospectivo-jurídico.
