Planning and Performance Domains

In this module, you'll explore the Project Performance Domains which are critical to project success.The module will delve into these interconnected domains, equipping participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to plan, measure, and deliver projects effectively.

Execution and Adaptation Domains

In this module, you will develop the practical skills to incorporate the specific domains of Project Work, Delivery, and Uncertainty for successful project management.

Final Project and Assessment: Project Performance Domains

In this module, you'll put your skills into practice. You’ll reflect on the key learning points that you reviewed during the course and complete the final assessment and hands-on activity.
