The Role of the Product Owner

In this module, you’ll learn the core responsibilities of Agile Product Owners. You’ll explore how they align business strategy with development, lead key agile meetings, and prioritize tasks for value delivery. Additionally, you’ll cover essential skills like Agile principles, project management, effective use of tools, and the interpersonal skills needed to collaborate with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

In this module, you will examine all aspects of the Product Owner role within the Agile framework.
