En este módulo se trata de comprender como los seres humanos somos criaturas indefensas: necesitamos relacionarnos con otros seres humanos para sobrevivir. Esa interacción no sería posible sin un medio: la comunicación. En las organizaciones también, y para sobrevivir, permanentemente debemos relacionarnos con diversas personas y en diversas situaciones. Debemos organizar lo que enunciamos, la manera de ponernos en contacto con los demás (jefes, colaboradores, pares, clientes) de acuerdo con las diversas situaciones, como así también debemos organizar nuestras percepciones:

En este módulo se trata de comprender como los colaboradores y el contacto regular hace más asertivo el vínculo, y por ende llegar a mejores resultados. En estas “conexiones” lo importante es aprovechar el lado creativo de lo que cada uno aporta.

En este módulo se desarrollan aquellas cuestiones que están relacionadas con las características de la gestión de la diversidad en las organizaciones se posiciona como estrategia necesaria para una exitosa respuesta frente a los cambios y desafíos derivados de los avances, cambios y distintos escenarios que influyen las organizaciones.
