Educators are invited to engage in reflection, where they will evaluate their own experiences with inclusive practices—both positive and negative. This reflective practice is critical, as it not only helps faculty understand their own biases but also promotes a supportive environment where sharing and learning from peers is encouraged. Participants will be equipped with strategies to create an inclusive online learning environment. This initial module sets a solid foundation for understanding the issues at hand and encourages educators to think critically about their instructional practices. #### Module 2: Achieving Inclusive Pedagogy using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Building upon the knowledge from the first week, the second module delves further into overcoming educational barriers through the lens of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). UDL is a framework that assists teachers in planning their instruction with inclusivity at the forefront.
