Section 1: Getting familiar with the fundamentals

Section 2: Deeper dive into the financial statements

In this section, students will learn how to develop a basic skillset for assessing a company's financial health by reviewing their financial statements. This includes understanding simple ratios like the current, debt-equity, and profit margin ratios.

Section 3: Looking at value of money

In this section, students will learn financial concepts like net present value, internal rate of return, and return on investment which involve analysing discounted cash flows to properly evaluate investments.
