風險評估本週課程會針對風險分析中的「風險評估」進行詳細的介紹,包括危害辨識、危害特性化、暴露評估與風險特性化,接著同樣再以實例演練加深印象,最後介紹風險評估工具 Risk 21 Matrix。風險評估的執行上,Risk 21必定會是趨勢,打一百顆星!
風險管理本週課程將會說明何謂風險管理以及其在食品安全中的重要性,並強調食品安全風險管理在國際貿易上的共同準則。再來介紹風險管理的架構:初步行動、評估項目、管理決策的執行與監測回顧,並分析各國之間於管理架構中的差異,最後再以實例進行風險管理流程。
風險溝通 1本週課程談到的是風險分析成功與否的關鍵-風險溝通,從介紹何謂風險溝通開始,並說明在食品安全中的重要性,從而提到風險溝通的對象以及如何進行有效的風險溝通,接著再以實例來強調風險溝通在食品安全議題中的重要性!
