Este módulo se divide en tres puntos, en los cuales definiremos qué es el e-commerce, luego veremos qué se necesita para comenzar a montar una tienda virtual y finalmente analizaremos cómo está el e-commerce a nivel mundial y cuáles son los productos y los servicios que más se comercializan.

Los primeros pasos en la creación de la tienda virtual

Previamente al desarrollo de nuestro negocio online, debemos tener en cuenta algunos aspectos que serán decisivos para el éxito de este, como el nombre o la marca (branding), las características que tendrá el diseño y la experiencia del usuario (UX).

El desarrollo de la tienda

Una vez que se definen los objetivos del negocio online y todos los pasos previos, llega el momento de desarrollar la tienda virtual. Para ello, analizaremos las herramientas disponibles para llevarla a cabo, qué sistema de pago elegiremos y cómo será la logística de distribución de los productos.

Distintas alternativas para vender online

Además de vender con una web propia, el comercio electrónico se puede ofrecer desde otras plataformas e incluso desde las redes sociales. Y hasta se puede desarrollar un comercio online sin manejar stock propio.
